The team works closely with law enforcement officials to disrupt and eliminate the distribution of counterfeit goods both online and in markets.
To ensure you are buying genuine Epson supplies, please follow these steps:
- Visit our authorised retailers page to ensure you are purchasing from authorised partners
- Download the Verify Epson Ink app and scan the QR code on EcoTank ink packaging to discover if the Epson EcoTank ink is a genuine Epson product
- Make sure the product is in packaging which states EPSON and is not damaged, broken or re-sealed and comes with instructions in your local language
- If you suspect you have purchased a fake Epson product, please complete the reporting form
